The log file shows the below (I have removed the IP in use): Is this a suitable tool to diagnose issues with SFTP? If not, can anybody suggest one? When searching for help, I keep coming across. Exactly the same when using a different client such as WinSCP. When we couldn't get this working, they also configured it to work via port 990. I am hoping someone can help pinpoint where our problem lies or at least conclusively prove its not on our side. I am not convinced as I have tried on several devices, several networks (including one without a firewall) with the same results. This has lead to a problem as our partner is convinced their end is fine, and its our side that is the issue. But when I try to use SFTP, I cannot get it to work. If I use Plain FTP, it connects without a problem. We need to use SFTP for security reasons. They have set up the server end of things and we are the client. The port for SSH is 6128.We have been asked to start using FileZilla to transfer data with a partner company. I am trying to SFTP with Filezilla but it is not able to connect to the server and I think this is due to my firewall rules?
